This project began as an attempt to help a friend overcome his limitations in a more structured way, and as a result, ended up helping me more than anyone. Now, it’s time to share what I’ve learned. Please note this is not an overnight success story. Forming a habit is a personal process, where progress depends solely on the individual and their environment. Good planning, discipline, and consistency are essential, and that alone works for some people, but that was not the case for me. I first had to overcome many hidden obstacles, some of which were purely my response to the environment. While self-reflection sounds dull, the outcome is a deeper and more vibrant engagement with the world around you, which could be very exciting. I hope the information on these pages does you well!
